Our 30 year old landscaping was failing us. Drainage no longer worked and backyard was flooding during the rainy season. It caused mini mudslides onto our lawn. We called 3 contractors to bid and ended up choosing John. He was very communicative and worked with us on all our requests. Some items we did ourselves (sun sails, string lights, firepit re-do) but used John to repair drainage, new turf (including putting green), raised walls between neighbors, new planter walls to retain mud, new 240 electrical run clear across the backyard to install new spa, added fence and concrete for dog run, and also new turf in front yard. We couldn't be more pleased! See photos for before, during and after. (we decided to paint the new walls and planters ourselves, but haven't finished yet so that is why the walls don't match yet)
