John and his team were amazing to coordinate and work with. We ran into some dimensional issues, and we were able to resolve this on the fly with their expertise and professionalism. Working with the HOA took longer than expected but OCPT helped us reach the finish line on our project and gave us an amazing backyard and RV parking Drive and Pad. All this along with drainage and electrical upgrades in the backyard as well.
